Legal expertise communicated with clarity and confidence — the trusted source for elder law knowledge.
A professional association of attorneys devoted to improving the quality of legal services for seniors and people with special needs — through education, advocacy, and shared expertise.
Founded in 1987, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys unites attorneys across the private and public sectors who handle the legal issues facing seniors and people with disabilities. Our membership also welcomes judges, law professors, and students. Above all, our focus is education — year-round CLE programming and a collegial network where members learn from one another’s experience.
